Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days and ship PAN India. 

 

As all our products are made to order, we will provide with tracking details as soon as the order is ready to be dispatched. 

 

Please note that we do not offer COD services. 

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PRE PAID VIA CARD/GPAY/PAYTM/BANK TRANSFER.

Exchange & Return Policy

We accept return of unused and undamaged products in compliance with our policy;

 

  1. All our products, including sale products are eligible for Return/Exchange.

  2. Items must be unused and in the same condition (with tags intact) in which they were received. 

  3. Exchange or return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. One can exchange a product OR return it for a credit note. Credit note will be valid for a period of 6 months.

  4. Monetary Refund will NOT be provided.

  5. Once returned, the product will go under quality check, following which an exchange or credit note will be processed.
